About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome
I imagine that if you are reading this, you are facing some difficulties in your life at this present time.
I can offer you a safe space for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings.
If you have never experienced counselling or psychotherapy therapy, you may not be aware of the benefits and positive effects of sharing your issues with a trained counsellor.
My aim is to listen, support and help you to find the strength to make positive and lasting changes.
I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor, which means I adapt my style of working to meet the individual needs of my clients.
I can offer you guidance and support in working through negative beliefs, problems and self-defeating behaviour.
I work with integrity, empathy and compassion. My focus is to listen to your concerns and difficulties that you are currently experiencing in a safe and confidential space without judgement.
I know it takes courage to seek help and it's important to find the right therapist for you, I am aware that every individual comes with their unique complexities and histories, so I tailor my therapeutic knowledge and skills to your specific needs.
