Through tailored techniques and strategies, I’ll support you in developing coping skills, relaxation methods, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and calm.
My first session
Our first session is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed and supportive environment. I understand that opening up to someone new can feel daunting, especially when discussing deeply personal issues. There’s absolutely no pressure to dive into everything right away. This time is dedicated to helping you feel comfortable and seeing if we’re a good fit to work together.
In this session, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. I encourage you to share what you’re ready to share, and we’ll explore your goals and what you hope to achieve in therapy. There’s space to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the therapeutic process, so you can feel assured moving forward.
This introductory session is an important part of building trust, and we’ll use it to establish a foundation that feels safe and supportive. When you feel comfortable, we can begin delving into the areas you’d like to work on in future sessions.
