About me and my therapy practice
If you are looking at my profile you maybe struggling with anxiety or stress, perhaps you feel sad all the time and feel a lack of motivation in life. I maybe of some help to you. I specialise in working with clients who may feel overwhelmed by their responses to life's challenges, perhaps as the result of childhood trauma or other big life events. I can offer you emotional support, a space to explore the root cause of your issues, and provide coping strategies to help manage stress and anxiety better.
I offer evidence-based treatments, including Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, EMDR Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. My approach is holistic, focusing on treating you as a whole person. Counselling and other therapies last 50 minutes at £55 and EMDR is recommended 90 minutes at £90.

My first session
Our first session will be about getting to know each other. It can be quite a daunting experience when meeting someone for the first time and then being expected to delve into issues that you've hidden from the world. There is no pressure. You need to feel like you can trust me, so we shall spend time figuring out if we can work together.
