About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrated counsellor and I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Counselling, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Approach tailoring my approach according to my individual client’s needs.
I see clients both in central London and online.
Practice description
With a Ph.D. in mental health counselling, I have over 20 years’ experience as a mental health practitioner, counsellor educator and researcher.
I work with a diverse range of clients and help them manage their emotions effectively, cope with stress, anxiety and depression, deal with chronic pain, build resilience and self-confidence, improve the quality of relationships and deal with periods of transition.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for you to share some of the struggles or difficulties that you want to explore and why you're seeking therapy. You can also ask any questions you may have about the process and my ways of working.
