About me and my therapy practice
Hello I'm Lucy,
I am an highly qualified psychotherapist, with over 10 years experience in the mental health field who can offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns and difficulties. I work integratively: creatively drawing from a range of approaches to tailor the therapy to your individual needs.
I have an easy, sensitive, approach and work very much in collaboration with you. Together we will find a way of working with kindness, curiosity, compassion and humour.
Whatever is holding you back from living a fulfilling life is worth talking about: anxiety, depression, feeling low or stressed, self-esteem, drink, drug, gambling & gaming problems and addictions, eating disorders, OCD, trauma and abuse survivors with PTSD, bipolar, borderline and a range of personality disorders, anger, chronic pain, codependency, divorce and breakdown of a relationship, grief, identity issues, phobias, or other life events. I work with a diverse range of clients from many different backgrounds and cultures.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked at the mental health charity “Action for Happiness” writing and delivering positive psychology workshops.
