About me and my therapy practice
Life and relationships can be tough. We are bombarded by society on how we ‘should' be or how we must 'live the perfect life'.
This unrealistic expectation can lead to poor self worth and depression and feelings of not being good enough.
We are all good enough, and are usually living our lives through our past and what we learnt as children. This tends to show itself in relationship and when things are not going well.
Also as men life can be confusing. What is our role? What does it meant to be a man?
I work with what you bring and will support and hold through difficult and confusing times. Working one to one and face to face (when possible) to create a safe environment. We can look at how you have the natural ability to make choices and decisions in your life and what might be holding you back from living more fully.
I work with a range of problems and issues for both individuals and relationship work in couples.
I work both long term and short focused term therapy.
