I deliver the "building resilience programme," to victims who have been bereaved in road crashes on behalf of a national charity covering the London/Midlands region. I also have experience of supporting victims during critical incident cases.

I apply an integrative approach which allows me to combine and tailor each clients’ requirement. My treatments include CBT, psychodynamic, person-centred, solution-focused, mindfulness and EFT (emotional freedom therapy).
