About me and my therapy practice
My name is Jade and I am based in Kelbrook, really accessible to anyone living in the ribble valley or Yorkshire. I am an integrative psychotherapist.
I currently have my private practice based from my own home where I strive to make it the most relaxed and comfortable place to open up. I work with a relaxed person centred approach, however can bring in other modalities of therapy if needed, as I believe not one mode of therapy fits all.
I also offer online or phone call sessions which is great for people who would prefer this, with the odd face to face session between if you’re living slightly further away. There is no pressure for this, but the option is there. Fully online or via phone call works just as well for some.

About me and my therapy practice
My therapy practice is based in Kelbrook, Lancashire ideally located for people coming from the Ribble Valley and North Yorkshire. I work in a relaxed way, person centred way. I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I can ardapt my style of work to meet the needs of clients, bringing in techniques from different modalities of therapy. I also work online or via phone call for those who would find this more convenient
Practice description
I try to adapt a relaxed, comforting approach to therapy whilst also gently approaching what can be difficult subjects. The aim of therapy is unique for each person, therefore we will discuss your needs during an initial session. Some clients prefer more of a ‘here and now’ approach to therapy and some need to process past situations, some may not even know what it is that they need this is why I think it is important to adapt sessions to each individuals needs. It can be really daunting taking the step into counselling, therefore I always work at the clients pace and if therapy becomes more long term I aim to have regular review sessions, just to know that as a client you don’t get lost in the process.
Online sessions are typically over Zoom However if FaceTime or WhatsApp video is more convenient I can also use these platforms.

I offer a free 30 minute initial session so that clients can get a sense of how I work and ask any questions.
