About me and my therapy practice

Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, work anxiety, relationship challenges, family issues, trauma, or grief? It’s not easy to sit with these thoughts and feelings alone, and it may help to have a safe, supportive space to check in, offload, and process what’s going on for you right now.

As an experienced UKCP and MBACP psychotherapist, I meet you where you are, working in ways that feel comfortable, supportive, and safe. The therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do together, and I prioritise creating a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can feel free to express yourself.

I understand that taking the step to seek help can feel daunting. It takes courage to talk about things you may have never shared before. That’s why I work with intuition and emotional intelligence, adapting to your unique needs and ensuring the process feels as comfortable and empowering as possible. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, healing, and growth.

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I have studied and am trained in all the traditional and main approaches of psychotherapy, allowing me to draw from different schools of thought to tailor our work together. This means I can create a programme that is specifically suited to what you are wanting to explore and work through.

For those wishing to delve deeper into self-discovery, I also offer transpersonal psychotherapy. This approach focuses on exploring who you are beyond the ego and personality, accessing deeper layers of meaning, purpose, and connection with yourself. My transpersonal work often includes creative techniques such as visualisations, breath-work, and reflective practices like writing, offering a more expansive and enriching way to engage with yourself and how you are showing up and being on your journey.

I am bound by the professional codes and ethics of the UKCP and BACP, ensuring highest standards of care and confidentiality.

Practice description

I specialise in helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, work-stress, and relationship challenges. My sessions provide a safe, compassionate space to explore challenges, uncover blind spots, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I tailor therapy to each client, drawing on training from multiple schools of psychotherapy, including psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) approaches, as well as somatic practices and consciousness studies.

My work includes:

• EMDR Therapy: An evidence-based technique for resolving trauma, PTSD, and emotionally charged memories.

• Executive Function Skills Coaching: Helping clients improve focus, organisation, and decision-making, especially beneficial for ADHD or high-stress roles.

• Transformational Coaching: Offering strategic support for clients seeking clarity.

• Somatic Awareness: Understanding the body’s signals and how they inform emotions and behaviours.

• Relationship Psychology: Supporting individuals and couples to enhance communication, trust, and connection.

• Consciousness Studies: Self-awareness, and presence to navigate life with clarity and authenticity.

I support adults 18+ and couples with:

• Anxiety and stress

• Depression and low mood

• Trauma and PTSD, EMDR

• Relationship issues and divorce

• Work-related stress and career transitions

• Grief and loss

• Identity and life changes

I work with a wide range of clients, supporting individuals navigating everyday challenges, and also people in the public eye, including entrepreneurs, performing artists, and other professionals facing unique pressures.

For those in high-profile or demanding roles, I specialise in addressing issues such as imposter syndrome, social anxiety, and the challenges of maintaining authenticity and balance under the spotlight. My approach is discreet, compassionate, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, providing a safe and confidential space to explore and work through these complexities.
