Warm, Empathetic Therapy for, Addiction, Childhood trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Personal Growth and Relationship Issues
Life can bring many challenges, and sometimes it feels like it all gets too much. Whether you're struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or family issues, reaching out for support is the first step toward healing. I’m here to guide you through it with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that will help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes.
With a background that includes an MSc in Addiction Counselling and Psychotherapy and years of experience working at the North London Priory Hospital, before starting my private practice, I specialize in a range of areas, including addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I’m also trained in Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy model, a proven method for healing developmental and childhood trauma.
I work with individuals facing challenges such as:
• Addiction: Alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex and love addiction, food, work, co-dependency and more
• Anxiety & Depression: Feelings of overwhelm, sadness, or a constant sense of unease.
• Relationship & Family Issues: Navigating difficult dynamics in relationships or family life.
• Emotional Abuse & Narcissistic Abuse: Helping you identify and heal from manipulative or toxic relationships.
• Building Confidence & Self-Worth: Cultivating self-compassion, boosting self-esteem, and developing inner strength.
• Workplace Stress & Career Coaching: Overcoming challenges at work and building resilience.
• Youth Addiction & Digital Overuse: Supporting young people struggling with addiction to gaming, social media, and technology.
About me and my therapy practice
How I Can Help You
I understand how daunting it can be to seek counselling, especially if you’ve never done it before or if you’re going through a significant change in your life. Whether you're facing a personal crisis, dealing with trauma, or simply feeling stuck. I offer a thoughtful and compassionate approach to therapy, focusing on helping people address deep-seated issues and guiding them toward healing and growth.
We’ll work together to identify the root causes of your struggles and develop practical, tailored solutions that empower you to make positive changes in your life. I’ll help you build self-compassion, trust your instincts, and gain clarity on what you need to improve your well-being and feel better.
Whether you’re looking for help with addiction, relationship problems, emotional pain, or simply want to feel more confident and grounded, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I also work with family members and friends of people affected by the above issues.
You Don’t Have to Face This Alone
Taking the first step to seek support is never easy, but it can be life-changing. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply need someone to talk to, don’t hesitate to reach out.
As destructive an illness as addiction can be, there is a way out of this dark hole and making that first call for help can be the beginning. I have been in recovery from addiction and Co-dependency and together, we can navigate the path toward healing, personal growth, and a more fulfilling life.
