About me and my therapy practice

Searching for a therapist can feel daunting, I can remember when I had to do it for myself.

Before my time as a counsellor, I was a business owner for 24 years and run a flower shop.

As a qualified level 5 counsellor, I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to my practice, which has been shaped by years of working with people and from my own lived experiences.

I have worked with diverse clients, all of whom have different reasons for seeking therapy. Whatever your reason is for finding yourself here, I can offer you a space to feel listened to and not judged.

I also have specialist training in sexualised trauma and domestic abuse.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to help you decide if you would like to book an assessment with me.

The first session is an assessment that helps to give me a clear understanding of what brings you to counselling.

If we decide I am the right therapist for you. We will sign a contract together.  A counselling contract gives clear outlines and secures the work during sessions.

Investing in yourself can be valuable and empowering. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes,

Hayley.
