About me and my therapy practice
People access counselling for a variety of reasons. You may have a specific issue you would like to discuss, be dealing with a significant life event, finding it hard to cope or need to share something in confidence. I offer a confidential, calm and supportive space for you to speak about and explore whatever you need to at your own pace.
Person-centred counselling is effective for those experiencing a wide range of personal, emotional and mental health issues for example anxiety, relational problems, depression, loss or stress. These conditions may impact on your self-esteem, sense of autonomy and feelings of self-worth. Person-centred therapy can help you reconnect with your inner self to explore and develop your emotional resilience and personal identity to enable and strengthen personal growth.
