About me and my therapy practice
I provide a confidential, non-judgemental and accepting space for you to explore your emotions, issues and difficulties and express your thoughts and feelings.
My aim is to help my client gain a better understanding of their situation. As your counsellor, I enable you to be truly heard, which can often be a profoundly healing process.
I am passionate about the potential counselling offers to bring about positive change within our lives.
As a psychodynamic counsellor, I am able to work with clients from different backgrounds who may be dealing with a variety of challenges. I have first hand experience of issues that affect people working in the city, and I particularly enjoy working with clients who are facing challenges at work, from difficult colleague relationships, feelings of stress and anxiety, not feeling recognised and those struggling to maintain a happy work/life balance. I have experience working with young people in education, men's issues, and also working with clients with eating disorders.
I have a diploma in Attachment based counselling from the Wimbledon Guild. I abide by the BACP code of conduct and ethical requirements for professional practice.
Attachment based counselling focuses on early childhood experiences and how these formative years can influence our lives as adults.
