About me and my therapy practice
'We are working with people not projects’
I am an integrative counsellor/supervisor, relationship therapist and mindfulness teacher.
As a supervisor I hope to promote growth and professional development, being the kind of supervisor that leaves counsellors feeling encouraged, challenged, but most importantly supported.
In supervision I use the Hawkins and Shochet's 7 eyed model. I believe supervision should be a safe space for counsellors to reflect on their work and their own process. My background is working with teenagers in schools and adults in private practice.

My first session
The first session will be a consultation for us to meet and find out if we are a suitable fit. I hope to find out a little about your ethos and for you to get as sense of me and how I work so you can find out if I am the right supervisor for you and your practice.
If you do decide you want to work together I'll give you a contract. Supervision sessions can be monthly or more frequent depending on the needs of you and your practice.
