I offer a safe place where you can be truly heard - not judged or told what to do. I work in whatever way is best for you and most appropriate to the circumstances that you are dealing with. Whatever you are facing - you don't have to do it alone. Together, we can find your way forward.

Availability
I generally have availability for supervision sessions during the day - in particular on Tuesdays and Friday mornings.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative/person-centred counsellor and supervisor with over 25 years experience in counselling & psychology and have worked in the UK and NZ. I work with adults and young people and have 12 years of experience working in a secondary school. I am also a former counselling tutor.
My specialities are disordered eating and a variety of self image issues. I am trauma informed and often work with clients who are neurodivergent. I also have experience working in many other areas - including anxiety, depression, attachment, relationship difficulties, lack of confidence, loss, bereavement and stress.
Practice description
I very much believe that the relationship is key in both counselling and supervision and I seek to provide a safe and supportive environment that allows and encourages your growth as a practitioner. I see supervision as being collaborative and as an integrative practitioner I seek to work in whatever way is best for you and most appropriate to your practice and level of experience/training.
Although the nature of our work is that we often work alone - supportive and collaborative supervision means you don't have to feel alone.
My first session
I offer a free initial session of 30 minutes so that we can talk through together what you are looking for in a supervisor and you can have an opportunity to see if we might be 'a good fit'.
