About me and my therapy practice
I'm an integrative therapist working both in-person and online with individuals. In addition to helping my clients with various mental and emotional challenges, I have a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship issues.

Initially, my work is about building a deep understanding of what it is like to be you and how you move through the world, the things you experience and how they affect you. This is an exploratory process making use of curiosity, patience and sensitivity that we will do together at a pace that is right for you. It is likely that you will gain a fresh perspective on your concerns and begin reframing them such that their impact becomes less and less.
