About me and my therapy practice
Right now, life is perhaps still up and down for you, whilst those never-ending obstacles have now become more intense.
You may be feeling overwhelmed with all the pressures at work, whilst trying to juggle the constant demands of friends and family. Let's not forget about the strain this may be putting on your relationship with your other half, and no one truly understands that things are day by day spiralling out of control for you.
You want to get back to that place where work and others' issues are no longer consuming you, alongside those initial butterflies at the start of your relationship with your partner begins to re-emerge. Also, having a safe space where you can freely offload your stresses about everything that is happening around you without the fear of being judged by others.
If you are ready to break these cycles, let's work together to find healthy ways to manage your difficulties, make positive changes in your life and heal those old wounds. I offer a relational and a down to earth approach to counselling that will help you make these changes a reality.

My first session
We will have an initial one-on-one assessment appointment to get an understanding of what has brought you to therapy. Following this, we can discuss further regular counselling sessions (if needed), which typically takes place at the same time each week for 50 minutes.
