About me and my therapy practice

I am qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor and a registered member of the BACP. I have been working therapeutically with adults and young people through a variety of organisations and in private practice for a number of years.

Working from a shepherds hut, in a peaceful, location, I offer a safe, confidential, friendly environment for young people and adults.

I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is of huge importance, and hope that offering acceptance, empathy and warmth, you will be able to explore and understand issues which are important to you.

Whatever it is that you are struggling with, being able to share it, be heard and understood without being judged can bring clarity hope and change.

Practice description

I work face to face, online and over the telephone and our work together can be short-term or open-ended.

I trained in Humanistic counselling but work in an integrative way using different therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs. I can offer CBT tools as required.

My work is overseen by a fully qualified and accredited supervisor.

I will always show you respect and ensure your best interest is at the heart of our work.

I have an up to date enhanced DBS check and am fully insured.
