About me and my therapy practice
I am a Counselling Psychologist with a BA degree, seeing clients in my private practice. I have 13years and 5000+ hours of clinical experience.
I believe in Therapy because it is life changing.
Many of us are fiercely independent & also overworked, exhausted, resentful & isolated. But you don’t have to wait until you’re at your breaking point before you ask for help or support.
The thought of sharing our personal feelings & experiences with a stranger is scary. But with the right therapist - it can be the most rewarding thing you ever do. It creates room for growth, room for you to release built up emotion & more. Having a safe place to speak your pain is invaluable.
As a therapist, I create safe space for people as they confront emotional pain & trauma. Therapy works when people feel safe, supported & are given the tools to create a life they want to live. Simply, listening without judgment helps individuals feel heard & seen.

I work from home, online and in a clinic offering short and long term therapy.
Concessions available for individuals with low income.
My first session
I offer a 20 mins FREE first initial meeting via Zoom/Microsoft Teams/FaceTime where we speak what is happening at the moment that leads you to therapy.
It is important you feel safe and comfortable talking to me and the first session enables you to decide if you would like to work with me.
