Practice description
FREE INITIAL 30 MINUTE SESSION
It takes courage to seek help from someone, and can be daunting. This is an online or phone consultation without obligation.
MY PRACTICE
I offer both individual counselling (18 years and older) and couples counselling. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a variety of counselling models, to best serve your unique life journey.
Sometimes, social and ethnic cues you learnt growing up may affect your relationships and current well-being, and these may be explored if you would find it useful.
If you find it helpful, we can also take into account your spirituality and faith. Painful present-day realities may prompt us to look beyond our material existence, or to find inner strength and wisdom.
I am happy to counsel clients of all faiths, or none.
MY STANDARD FEE is
£50 for individual counselling ( of 50 minutes)
£65 for couples counselling (these are 60-minute sessions)
I also offer concessions to students and clients on low income.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation, without obligation, of 30 minutes on Zoom video to help us get to know each other a little and understand what brings you to counselling. In this session I will answer any questions you may have and make an initial proposal of what areas we may initially explore, and take into account any preferences you may have.
This initial session can help us decide if we would like to work together. Of course you can take some time to decide if you would like to continue with me.
