About me and my therapy practice
When life feels challenging, daunting or unfulfilling, it’s usually a result of trauma, difficult life events or relational issues. This can make you feel anxious, depressed and not quite yourself.
Trauma sounds scary, but it isn’t always what you think it is.
Sometimes trauma is the result of a big, dramatic event in your life. Sometimes, it’s an accumulation of difficult everyday events.
You might feel a bit alone, disconnected or misunderstood, and you probably picked up some negative thoughts and habits as a way to cope.
You can overcome this. You can work through the coping mechanisms that no longer work for you. You can feel lighter and more at ease in life. You can fully believe and feel that you are good enough.
I know because I’ve seen it happen many, many times — and now, I’d love to help you get there too.
Is Therapy The Right Solution For You?
What if you’re successful? What if you live a good life? What if you’re in a good relationship? Doesn’t all this mean that you’re doing great on your own?
People find different ways to cope with trauma, and difficult life experiences. Many of my clients live good lives, but don’t feel the way they know they could. There’s an emotional discrepancy between their external and their internal world, and they don’t fully know the reasons why.
If this discrepancy isn’t addressed, it may result in panic attacks, anxiety, depression, addiction, declining quality of relationships and more.
Your feelings matter. If you feel like something is off, we can address this together. Let go of the “should’s” and let’s uncover what’s really preventing you from living a full and content life.
Practice description
Your Life After Therapy
I can’t predict the future, but I would like to tell you a bit about the changes I’ve noticed in my clients over the years. After about a year-long commitment to therapy, they feel:
• Empowered to take charge of their lives
• Clearer on who they are and what they want
• More committed to positive relationships
• Brave enough to change or end negative relationships
• More fulfilled and happier for no specific reason
• “As if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.”

About me and my therapy practice
Online Supervision
Supervision offers counsellors and therapists a confidential and supportive space to deeply explore and reflect on their work with clients.
Psychodynamic supervision goes beyond theoretical knowledge. It is an immersive process that helps therapists examine their own reactions to client material, focusing on key concepts such as unconscious dynamics, defense mechanisms, transference, and countertransference.
Ongoing supervision enhances learning and insight into the complex psychological dynamics involved in therapy. This reflective practice is designed to support the most effective treatment and positive outcomes for clients.
Additionally, supervision helps therapists and counsellors navigate their caseloads while addressing potential risks that may arise in their therapeutic work.
