Counselling sessions will be an opportunity to talk through your feelings in a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental environment. It is your time to be really listened to and be heard. I currently work as a counsellor at three High schools as well private individuals. My past work includes working 4 years counselling people who were carers and 4 years counselling people on probation and I have also worked with young homeless people.I believe we all have within us the answers we are seeking. Let me help you discover them.
My first session
I offer all new clients a free first consultation by phone. It's a great way for you to get a feel for what counselling will be like.
