By providing a safe space for you to feel listened to, understood, and not judged; I support you to see things differently. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship for you to discuss the issues affecting you at your own pace.
You may be experiencing anxiety or depression; wondering how to manage different transitions in life; perhaps relationships feel challenging or your confidence is low? I have 10 years experience working in the mental health field; both psychology and counselling and have supported people with a range of difficulties including: issues around food and body image; identity; low self-esteem and confidence; anxiety and depression. I work with a variety of topics, utilising techniques to best suit you.
I also have extensive experience mentoring university students, supporting them through mental health difficulties that may be impacting their studies. If you’re a university student looking for support then get in touch.
