About me and my therapy practice
I am an integratively trained counsellor and registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have experience of supporting adults with a wide variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, work and relationship/family stress, bereavement, self-harm, addiction, trauma, abuse, chronic pain and illness. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.
I believe that by working together, counselling can help us to explore and make sense of difficult feelings and experiences. I offer a safe, confidential space where clients can gain a clearer understanding of themselves and make a difference to how they feel.
Contact me via my email to arrange an initial consultation during which we can explore what brings you to therapy and I can answer any questions you may have. This is a chance for you to get a sense of whether I might be the right person for you to work with. I look forward to hearing from you.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integratively trained supervisor and counsellor with experience of providing both 1:1 and small group supervision.
I am experienced in supporting counselling and supervisor trainees as well as qualified counsellors and supervisors. I have extensive experience of working with supervisees in private practice and also within the NHS, private/charity healthcare settings and schools.
I work relationally and collaboratively, with the aim of creating a safe, supportive place for learning and the exploration of client work.
