About me and my therapy practice

I am a humanistic trained counsellor and work on the here and now. I have training in other areas around bereavement, emotional freedom technique, mindfulness, CBT as well as theraplay.

Practice description

I work as a therapist in schools from Monday to Friday 9am till 3pm. I also work from home on evenings on reasonable hours to suit either over the phone or face to face from my home.

My first session

First sessions will include my client contract as well as an initial assessment.
