Practice description

I am an integrative therapist and I recognise that your individual  journey and story are important, which is why I incorporate various approaches to facilitate your unique journey to make positive changes in your life. My private practice is available online or in person in Harley Streetand Bromley.

I know that selecting the right counsellor can feel overwhelming. No matter how qualified a counsellor may be, it’s vital to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable for the therapeutic process to be effective. For this reason, fostering a strong theraputic relationship is fundamental to my practice. My highest priority is to establish a safe non-judgemental and confidential space where my clients can openly discuss their concerns.

Once you have scheduled and confirmed your initial assessment session via email or phone, you can arrive at our counselling location and press the buzzer. Either one of the receptionist or I will let you in greet you and guide you to the waiting room. The waiting area is bright and spacious and restrooms facilities are available as well Just before our session starts, I will meet you, and we will proceed to the therapy room together. It’s important to arrive at least five minutes early for your initial session.

If we are meeting online, I will send you the contract and data protection documents and I will be grateful if you could return them to me prior to our first session. For in person meetings, please bring the signed contract and data protection forms with you. When working with couples, I will also provide a pre-assessment questionnaire that should be completed and returned to me before our first session. This will help me gain a better understanding of your relationship and assist me in supporting you on your journey together.
