More than 20 years of experience in education have given me valuable insight into the education system's ethos. Over the past eight years, I have shifted my focus to counselling. I work in pupil referral units and mainstream schools, providing in-person and group work and developing a drop-in space to assist parents, students, and staff. The issues I work with include dealing with worry, anxiety, work stress, mental well-being, and teenage issues.
