About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in helping clients overcome anxiety and heal from toxic and controlling relationships, rebuilding their confidence and inner calm, and empowering them to achieve their potential.
Many of my clients have struggled with low self-worth, leading to debilitating symptoms such as anxiety, difficulty making decisions, procrastination, lack of healthy boundaries, and patterns of toxic or abusive relationships.
Together, we can identify and address the root causes of these challenges, helping you break free from unhelpful beliefs and destructive patterns. I can support you to cultivate healthy relationships with strong boundaries and experience renewed confidence and fulfilment in life, work and love.
My practice is built on a foundation of compassion, acceptance, and respect. I offer professional therapy, supervision, and training to private individuals and groups within corporate and public sector communities.
Clients and peers often comment on the sense of calm, warmth, and sincerity I exude, which helps them feel safe enough to be vulnerable. They appreciate my extensive experience, built on thousands of hours of therapeutic work, combined with my passion for my profession and inherent intuition. This combination assures them they are in capable and compassionate hands, ready to support them on their journey to healing and growth.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer trauma informed supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists, working primarily within the framework of the Seven-Eyed model. EMDR trained and experienced in supervising professionals working with complex developmental trauma, I take a collaborative approach, inviting deep exploration and creativity in our work together.
I have a special interest in working with therapists who are new to private practice. I believe that there is limited support available to some really great counsellors/psychotherapists starting out in practice outside of an agency or employment setting and sadly, many feel like they should avoid taking the leap into this enriching way of working due to lack of knowledge and often, confidence.
As well as supervising clinical casework, I offer a mentoring service to provide new therapists in private practice a clear pathway to building a successful business, within ethical and professional boundaries.
I hold a Certificate in Supervision from the co founders of the Seven-Eyed model, Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot.
