About me and my therapy practice
I am a Core Process Psychotherapist and a qualified Mental Health Nurse with over 25 years experience of working with those that experience mental health difficulties both within the NHS and the private sector.
I have experience with working with both children and adolescents and those of working age and utilise a mindfulness based therapy that supports the cultivation of awareness and the internal resources that enable us to alleviate our suffering and move towards innate wellbeing.
I offer hourly weekly sessions and abide by the BACP ethical code of conduct.
The initial meeting is free of charge and it is used to explore the suitability of us working together with no obligation.
I am able to offer concessionary rates for students and those on low income.
