About me and my therapy practice
I am a Relational, Integrative therapist working in South-east London.
I offer a regular place and time for you where we can think and talk about what is going on, and whatever is troubling you.
Whatever you are going through, as a result of recent events or what has happened in the past, it is of value and deserves attention and care.
Therapy may not always be easy and I am here to help you to find a way through , and to find the capacity in you that we all have - that is the warmth and wisdom deep within us that has been there from the start.
The Integrative approach draws from the major therapeutic schools of thought. In practice this means that I reflect on what you think, feel and believe about yourself on many levels and help you to find your own understanding. My approach includes psychodynamic, body psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural, attachment theory.
I also work in a relational way - meaning that the therapeutic relationship we develop will allow you to notice how you relate to yourself and others.
