About me and my therapy practice
I became a counsellor, psychotherapist and EMDR therapist because I care about people. Contact me for a free consultation to explore how I can help you.
I offer warm, compassionate and professional therapy where the focus is on my clients, listening to their problems and concerns without judgement in a supportive environment. I am a trained EMDR therapist which I often integrate with other therapies to deliver in a bespoke way, unique to every client.
"I want someone who will listen without judging"
Providing a confidential space in which we can talk is essential to building trust, and this means that I won't discuss the content of our work with your GP, family or workplace. Therapy works and whatever the issue, my aim is to help you find a way to bring about the constructive changes in your life you are seeking.
I have worked with clients on a broad range of issues including:
- Anxiety & Depression
- Suicidal Thoughts
- Bereavement & Loss
- Trauma & PTSD
- Rape, Sexual Abuse
- Domestic Violence
- Relationship Problems
- Boarding School Syndrome
- Loss of Confidence & Purpose
- Retirement Issues
I have worked as an "Approved Therapist" registered with Anxiety UK, as well as a qualified bereavement support counsellor.
Successful outcomes are born out of achieving a strong relationship between client and therapist. I am passionate about the work I do, and really care about my clients.
