About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Counsellor, offering sessions in Bow, as well as online to individuals and couples.
At times, we can feel stuck in life, grappling with obstacles that prevent us from reaching our full potential. Whether it’s uncertainty in our careers, challenges in relationships, navigating grief, or long-standing struggles, these issues can derail us and leave us feeling lost. In such moments, seeking support can be crucial. Alternatively, you might simply be driven by a desire to understand yourself better.
I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity to find a path forward. With this in mind, I provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and I aim to empower your inner voice. Together, we can create a space for authentic connection, allowing us to delve into your inner world and identify what truly matters to you.
As a Qualified Counsellor with a BA in Person-Centred Counselling and specialized training in ‘Counselling for Depression’ (CfD), I have a practice in London, E3. My professional journey includes significant experience with the mental health charity Mind, where I supported individuals navigating a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, eating disorders, and relationship issues. Additionally, I served as a Mental Health Link Worker in Social Prescribing at Mind, helping clients connect with vital resources for their well-being. I have also worked within an IAPT service, offering both short-term and long-term support tailored to individual needs.
With over 10 years in the corporate sector and experience in the music industry, I bring a diverse perspective to my practice.
Together, we can navigate your journey toward self-discovery and healing.
