My first session
When you first make contact we can arrange a time for me to call you to discuss any questions you may need answering and discuss how we could work together. If you would prefer to send any questions via text or email please send them through.
First sessions are a chance for us to meet, for me to find out some more details about you and for you to find out more about the what I can offer and the way which sessions feel.
We collaborate on figuring out how we will work together, looking at your hopes and expectations of us working therapeutically.
After an initial session, there is no obligation to continue if it does not feel like something you want to do, towards the end of the session it is useful if we discuss how the thought of us working together feels and then we can go on to make a plan if we agree to work together.
Please note my full assessment process takes longer than one initial session.
