About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered Counsellor with a Post Graduate Diploma in Systemic Practice with Families and Couples and an Msc in Counselling and Psychology.
I specialise in bereavement counselling, particularly perinatal loss in which I have much experience, having worked in a hospital bereavement support service.
I am also skilled in working with a wide range of issues. I work with some clients simply on 'resilience counselling'; to work on their skills to empower them to deal with the daily challenges of life. I have successfully worked with clients who are suffering from anxiety and /or depression using a range of therapy modalities.
I utilise an eclectic range of methods to include CBT, Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Narrative therapy or Person Centred Counselling. I also utilise mindfulness and relaxation techniques as and when the client wishes.
Practice description
I work on Zoom and sessions are 50 minutes long. Some clients prefer telephone sessions and that is fine too.

We will then have time to talk about what has brought you to counselling and your goals for therapy.
