Availability

I’m currently welcoming new clients for online therapy sessions and invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute initial consultation. We’ll use VSee, a secure and user-friendly video conferencing app that is free to download and straightforward to use.

My availability is Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. I also offer sessions on weekends, with times that may vary.

About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling anxious, sad, angry, insecure, or simply overwhelmed by life? If you’re caught in unhelpful patterns and ready for a change, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll explore what’s affecting you and work towards a positive shift.

My approach is straightforward yet empathetic. I’m here to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and making meaningful changes in your life. We’ll connect weekly or fortnightly via video calls at a time that suits us both.

In our sessions I’ll reflect on the patterns I observe and highlight connections that may be hard for you to see due to your close involvement. I’ll share my insights with you, and together we’ll explore them. Collaboration is key: we’re in this together, examining everything as a team.

Our work will involve developing a deep sense of self-awareness, gaining insight and crafting a coherent narrative of your experiences. Through our sessions, you’ll achieve a clearer understanding of yourself and make changes that align with your true self.

The relationship we build is central to our work together; it is a unique relationship centred entirely on you. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space for exploration and growth. I’ll support you with your best interests in mind, offering challenges when appropriate to help you grow.

Therapy with me is a journey of understanding past experiences to better grasp and navigate what’s happening in the present. This insight will guide you towards making meaningful changes. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way. 

My first session

Once you get in touch, I’ll send you a link to download VSee, the secure video conferencing app we’ll use for our sessions.

Your first session is free of charge and lasts 15 minutes. During this time, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand you and your experiences.

After our initial consultation, our regular sessions will be 50 minutes each.
