About me and my therapy practice
I offer couples and individuals a safe space to look at their relationship and psychosexual concerns. This may involve addressing issues of sexual dysfunction, compulsive sexual behaviours, conflict, infidelity, sexual shame, sexual abuse and trauma, and sexual orientation. I am a certified Imago relationship therapist and work with couples on a variety of presentations.
I see therapy as a collaborative process between client and therapist and I aim to build a warm and respectful relationship with clients to explore current and past concerns. Working together insights and a deeper understanding of situations and possible behavioural patterns are addressed. I use a variety of tools and have an integrative therapeutic approach.
I support clients in clearing and changing limiting beliefs, to release and free themselves from emotional blocks. I work with both individuals and couples to help build self-confidence, improve communications skills and form better relationships with themselves and others.
I hold an MSc in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy and have completed the London Diploma in Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy. I have a BSc in Experimental Psychology and I am a certified EFT and NLP practitioner. I am an accredited member of COSRT and sit on their media team. I am registered with UKCP and have graduate status with The British Psychological Society.
