My therapy profile.
About me and my therapy options
I offer Person Centre Counselling and EMDR (eye movement, desensitisation and reprocessing). Qualified in counselling in 2017. Qualified in EMDR in 2021.
In respect of Person Centred Counselling I offer a non-judgemental confidential space in which individuals can develop an understanding of how they feel and how they are impacted by their experiences past or present. A better understanding of our emotions can help us to make better decisions and choices for ourselves.
With EMDR I can help people process past traumas, present triggers and future fears.
I am fully qualified in these modalities.
In addition, I am qualified to supervise counsellors or trainee counsellors also.
I respect of counselling, I can work virtually, or on the telephone, whichever is the preferred option.
