About me and my therapy practice
Hello
I'm a counsellor based just outside Sudbury on the Essex/Suffolk border. I work from my private consulting room on the outskirts of the town with discreet, free off-street parking and online.
There are many reasons why people consider counselling. It might be that you're living with a question that you'd like some help resolving or a feeling that you'd like to understand or change. Whatever your reason, I'm trained to draw on a wide range of psychological theories and approaches to come up with an approach to counselling that suits you.
You can talk safely and confidentially about whatever you want and I will listen without judgement. As a registered, Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I work to their professional codes of ethics and standards. So as well as my own professional standards, I'm accountable to a national professional body for the way that I work.

About me and my therapy practice
As well as working as a therapist I offer one to one supervision either on-line or in person.
If you're looking for a supervisor then I don't believe there's any substitute for meeting to see if we would be a good fit. However, if you'd like a little background info before doing that:
First and foremost I am a relational, integrative supervisor.
As with my therapeutic practice, I believe that supervision is a relational process. The working relationship between supervisor and supervisee is not only vital to healthy, helpful supervision, it can also be one of the most useful lenses through which to view supervisee-client relationships.
Having said that, I do love a bit of theory. And sometimes throwing several theoretical frameworks at the wall until one sticks can be just as helpful as it can be fun. (I really do think it's fun).
Practice description
My supervision style is informed by being a registered accredited therapist with over three thousand hours’ experience working with adult individuals and couples.
On top of that I hold a post-graduate certificate in relational supervision. (Theoretical model underpinning this in Chidiac et. al.'s paper)
And all of this is built on nearly thirty years’ experience as a manager, coach and mentor in big (and small!) business.
Fees are dependent upon how often we meet.
