About me and my therapy practice
Through awareness comes the potential for growth and change. If you are experiencing an internal conflict, are feeling stuck and alone, or simply want to explore areas of difficulty in your life, therapy can help you find answers. In our work together, I will support you to move through your challenges and raise your awareness, which could ultimately lead to making different choices to improve your quality of life.
Qualified as a Humanistic Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy on a short term or long term basis. As a trained yoga teacher, I am also interested in a more embodied approach to therapy and when agreed with clients, I integrate breath work, visualisation and meditation into therapy sessions. I am passionate about this work and believe therapy can assist clients in better knowing who they are, what they need and what they can do to bring about change.
Practice description
I work both online and face to face in private practice in Holland Park.
My first session
I offer a short phone call before we first meet where we can discuss whether I might be the right fit for you and from there, we can arrange a first session together.
