About me and my therapy practice
We all need help from time to time as it can be hard when you are struggling with issues in life and with stressful situations. You might be feeling anxious, stuck or even overwhelmed and unable to tackle life’s challenges on your own.
Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out?
-To explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential setting?
-To learn more about yourself and take steps to more fulfilment in your life and with your connections to others.
I’m a fully qualified, BACP registered and experienced Humanistic counsellor practising in West London and Cheltenham.
I offer non- judgemental, supportive and understanding counselling, provided in a safe space, where you can explore and express what is troubling you . I am a warm and empathetic counsellor , working with a broad range of issues. I am committed to helping my clients make sense of and work through their difficulties to make changes that are important to them and ultimately to discover ways to enhance their life and to live it more fulfilled and happier.
As a Humanistic counsellor the philosophy underpinning my work incorporates ideas and theories from various inspirational psychologists. I place the relationship between myself and client at the heart of my ethical and effective humanistic practice, as this in its self is a powerful healing tool.

I have developed a personal interest in working with bereavement and loss although my practice is not limited to this.Bereavement is the natural and painful process of grieving that follows the loss of a loved one.It affects people on every level :emotional,, spiritual and physical. The recovery and healing process is unique to each individual as is the time it takes to heal.I can help you explore your loss and start adjusting to your changed future.
