About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychodynamic counsellor with specialism in bereavement counselling, substance misuse & domestic violence. I am also an experienced group worker and applied theatre practitioner.

Practice description

I work from a strengths based motivational position.

My background has been in criminal justice and I have worked extensively with long term unemployed people.

I am non judgmental and believe everyone should be supported to develop a flourishing life for themselves
