Hello and welcome to my page.

As your counsellor I will provide you with a confidential and non-judgmental space in which you can feel safe to share your story, express your feelings and feel heard.  Together we work towards you feeling more able to cope and understand what's going on for you.

I offer both in-person and online sessions. So the choice of how you attend your counselling sessions is yours. Most of my clients are face-to-face, but when they can't make their session they often have it online. My clients tell me this blended approach and its flexibility works well for them.

Qualifications:

  • I hold a BACP Accredited Diploma and Degree - Middlesex University.
  • Diploma in Online Therapy - The Association for Counselling & Therapy Online.
  • Certificate in Working With and Facilitating Groups - The Tavistock & Portmon NHS Foundation Trust.

Posts held:

In recent years I worked as a counsellor for: MIND in Haringey, the NSPCC on Childline and Change, Grow, Live (CGL) an addiction service in Camden.

I engage in continuing professional development with the BACP and other recognised organisations. I am fully insured and registered to practice.
