About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in person-centred therapy, meaning I work at a pace that’s right for you and through total acceptance, provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk, without fear of judgement. My professional skills will support you in your journey of personal enlightenment so that you may find peace and contentment from within. Clients often feel more empowered, confident and in control of their lives after therapeutic sessions with a renewed understanding of their core personality. It can shed light on patterns of behaviour and how to develop healthier relationships.Practice description

My first session
I offer a 30 minute introductory session at a cost of £10. This enables me to describe how I work and what you can expect. It also gives me an opportunity to learn what’s brought you and whether I’m the right person to support you.
