My first session

The first step is to contact me by phone or email. At this initial contact, if you choose, we can arrange to meet for a consultation. There is no commitment to ongoing sessions at this stage. At the consultation we can think about how we might work together and if counselling would be beneficial for you. I will ask you to tell me what brings you to seek counselling at this time.  We will then think together about your present situation, your past and what you hope counselling can help you with.  The consultation fee is £80 for an hour and a half.
