About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, stressed or depressed? Counselling can help. Approaching a counsellor can be daunting, but you're in the right place. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgement place where we can work through your issues together.
Counselling is a very personal experience. It can be used to support you during times of distress, loss and trauma, or it can be a wellness tool; a chance to explore yourself and to understand your patterns and behaviours.
I have several years of experience working with a variety of clients and issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work issues, health concerns, identity issues. I am passionate about helping others and I treat every client as an individual.
Come and see me for an initial, no obligation session. This will allow you the chance to experience therapy and discuss the focus and possible duration for your sessions.
My first session
I offer new clients an introductory session. This is a one-off session that allows you the chance to meet with me and discuss what's brought you to counselling. The session enables you to see how comfortable you feel with me and to assess whether I would be the right person to support you at this time.

Availability
I have availability for new supervisees either in person or online. I work Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
About me and my therapy practice
I believe good supervision is a collaboration between two peers. I see supervision as a mix of supporting your client work, developing your clinical skills, personal support as well as business support.
I use a number of different supervision models to help me review and reflect on our supervisory relationship, but the most important aspect is the relationship we can build between us.
I offer regular sessions on either a weekly or fortnightly basis.
Practice description
I went straight into private practice since qualifying in 2018. In addition to my client work, I also work as a business coach supporting other therapists in setting up and running their private practices.

I offer a free 30 minute session (either in person or online) to allow us the chance to see if we are a good fit for each other.
