About me and my therapy practice
A headache will go away on its own.
But trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues? Unfortunately not.
Although your problems may come and go, the underlying causes won’t.
If only you could wave a magic wand, and see these things disappear.
Well, you can. In a way.
There is a methodical, safe method for getting control over your symptoms, building your self esteem, resolving relationship issues and reclaiming your life, once and for all.
It starts with the intersection between the mind, the unconscious, and the body.
This intersection is the magic wand you need to help you break free from feeling empty, numb, or anxious, and instead step into that sense of purpose and joy that is rightfully yours.
I’m an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (BA, MA, MBACP) + Senior Yoga Teacher (YAP).
I'm fascinated by what makes us human and have studied this for over 20 years. I specialise in attachment trauma and the connection between the body and mind, and my passion is to help people to heal, learn and grow.
I'm experienced in trauma and workplace issues having worked as a psychodynamic psychotherapist within the Trauma Unit at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and as a staff counsellor during the covid pandemic at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
I'd be happy to hear from you to talk about how I can help you.
Email me to arrange a free, 15 minute telephone consultation.
