I have over 35 years of experience in working therapeutically with people from all walks of life. My consulting room is in  Hammersmith near Ravenscourt Park, 2 min walk from the tube Station.

I offer therapy for Individuals as well as Couples. I also offer supervision, one on one or in small groups.

I provide a safe space where together we can explore the issues you are currently grappling with, building up an understanding and awareness of how certain behaviours and thought patterns were formed and exploring a way forward in how to bring change about if that is what is wanted and needed. I am particularly interested in relational issues, within Couples as well as Individuals and their ways of relating to friends, people at work or within the extended family.

We will discuss in a first consultation what brings you to therapy and then decide together whether you would like to carry on working together or not.

I offer a first consultation as a means of us meeting face to face (either on screen or in my consulting room) where we can explore what made you book this appointment and how we could work together on what brought you here. It is of course also a space where we can get a sense of each other and whether we could work together or whether you might be better served to be referred on to someone else; which I would be happy to help you with, if that was the case.

I have worked as a psychotherapist more than 30 years and as a supervisor for 25 years.

My approach is integrative, I have a background training in body-based psychodynamic therapy, in humanistic group skills, supervision training as well as psychodynamic couple therapy.

I work with Individuals and Couples on a time-limited as well as open ended basis, depending on their needs and situation.

I have experience in supervising trainees, freshly qualified therapists as well as established practitioners from psychodynamic trainings and various humanistic trainings.

I work mostly on a one to one basis (50 min sessions) but can also offer a small supervision group (2+) in a longer time-frame if the opportunity/need for that arises.
