About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor having gained a Masters in psychology and counselling. I offer a confidential, caring and friendly service for adults facing a range of difficulties and emotional problems.
Reaching out and asking for help can be daunting, yet, admitting that sometimes we cannot manage our problems on our own can be the first step to bringing about changes within our lives. Whether it be relationship difficulties, feelings of isolation and loneliness, existential issues or a specific issue such as addiction or experienced trauma, or perhaps you may simply be looking for a safe, confidential space to share your worries and concerns, I offer a non-judgemental and understanding environment to help you though these times.
Having initially worked with people in crisis within residential rehabilitation settings. I believe that everyone has it within themselves to overcome the difficulties holding them back and begin to move forwards. My practice has developed into an integrative approach whereby I aim to tailor therapy to the individual needs of the client.
