Virtual sessions = £ 50 – 1 space available
In person = £66 – 1 space available
Standard: this is the standard rate for my therapy sessions.

Abundant: this rate is for those who are able to support me in keeping the concession rate.

In person = £125

About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming at times; perhaps you’re stuck in a job, navigating a relationship issue, or simply feeling disconnected from the joy you once had. I work from a Humanistic approach to therapy, focusing on your growth and potential rather than on diagnoses or symptoms. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover your inner strengths, and empower you to make lasting changes. My practice also integrates complementary approaches like life coaching, yoga, meditation, and Cranio-Sacral therapy (in training) addiction recovery, creating a holistic view of your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking short-term focused work or an open-ended journey, we will tailor our sessions to meet your needs. Let’s take this journey together, either virtually or in person, in London.
Practice description
I specialise in supporting individuals through anxiety, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, trauma, and stress. I offer a secure, warm, and confidential space where you can truly be yourself.
Together, we’ll work on understanding what’s holding you back—be it limiting beliefs, unresolved trauma, or emotional struggles—so that you can experience greater peace, resilience, and self-acceptance.
As a trauma-informed therapist with a focus on adverse childhood experiences, I help you cultivate self-awareness and emotional safety. I also work with relationship challenges, whether they are within your romantic, professional, or family life. We’ll work collaboratively to stabilise emotions and integrate past traumas, creating a solid foundation for growth.
Starting therapy can feel daunting so I offer a free consultation, so we can chat about your goals and ensure we’re a good fit before we begin. Let’s explore the possibilities together!

Initially, we'll discuss your needs and reasons for seeking help, and address any questions you might have. If we decide to work together, we'll outline your short and long-term goals to determine if you prefer limited sessions or an open-ended approach.
I will conduct an assessment before we decide together on the focus of your therapy.
