About me and my therapy practice
"Why do I always choose the wrong people?", "We always end up having the same arguments", "I want to be more in control of my reactions" , "I love them but I am not sure it's enough" - these are statements clients share with me during their first sessions.
If you too feel stuck, I specialise in working with Self Sabotage and dismantling thoughts, habits and behaviours that hold you back.
My approach is warm, down to earth and 100% jargon free - I'll offer you a space where to talk freely and a fresh point of view.
Exploring what led you to where you are is part of what we will do, but our priority will remain moving towards where you want to be, one step at the time.

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
I am a BACP registered Integrative Therapist working with individuals, couples and groups.
During the past ten years, I have been part of support services for adults and adolescents in London and online - working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction and relationship issues.
Practice description
Sessions last 50 minutes and are held on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
There is not a "prescribed" time to work with me, you can interrupt our journey when you feel it's appropriate. However, I recommend committing to a minimum of five sessions to get a real sense of what therapy feels like.
We will meet on Google Meet, so that we'll be able to see each other, no matter where you are.
FOR RELATIONSHIP THERAPY ONLY: you are welcome to join from the same device or from different spaces depending what suits you best.
My first session
Once you get in contact, we will set a time for a free consultation. It's a 20 min informal chat about the reasons that brought you to therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any question about the way I work. You can then take some time to think or book a first session.
Your first session will last 50 min.
We'll use the time to get to know each other and come up with a focus for our work together. I might need to find out a bit more about your history, so that I have a clear picture of where you are at and where you want to be.
