About me and my therapy practice
I am a friendly, gentle and experienced Counsellor dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationships.
I have a particular interest in counselling people, or carers of people, with brain injuries, such as stroke or brain tumours.
Practice description
Sometimes we don't know why we feel the way we do and talking to a Counsellor can help you to explore these feelings and work out a way through even when things may appear hopeless.
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental and friendly face to face environment using a variety of therapies including Person-Centred, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and sandtrays.
In addition if your condition prevents you from travelling I offer home visits or Zoom.
